Watch as Canadian inventor, Giuseppe Mileto, receives his official patent office results, live on Skype, just 18 days after filing, courtesy of the LightSpeed PerfectPatent™ service. Will he get his patent?
The LightSpeed PerfectPatent™ Search (step 4 of The Inventor’s Journey™) integrates with the PerfectPatent™ Search (step 1 of The Inventor’s Journey™), to potentially improve your chances of getting a Perfect Patent.
If any of your patent ‘claims’ are allowed in the UK Leg of the LightSpeed PerfectPatent™ Package, you can get free accelerated processing at the USPTO via the ‘PPH’.
Once your patent claims have been allowed in the UK Leg, the U.S. Leg of the LightSpeed PerfectPatent™ Package allows you to file almost the identical application at the USPTO, avoiding patent attorney fees.
Thank you Jethro and SHIINE® ENTERPRISE for the amazing work, keep up the great work. Jethro’s service came through with everything he promised beforehand, and more.
Thanks again.
The [USPTO] nonprovisional is filed!
Looking forward to the next step…!
All went well, filed at uspto, excellent guidance easy to follow. Many thanks
Your non-provisional patent application is drafted, and filed for search and examination at one of the highest quality (and quickest) patent offices in the world- the UKIPO.
Your official patent office search and examination results are received back from the UKIPO in as quick as 18 days, and often within 4 weeks. That’s QUICK!
If your patent ‘claims’ are allowed, then everything is perfect. But sometimes the claims need to be limited, to beat any ‘prior art’. This can still lead to powerful patent protection.
Once any of your ‘claims’ are allowed at the UKIPO, this opens up the possibility of getting free accelerated processing at other patent offices, including the USPTO, via the PPH.
Usually within weeks or months, your UK patent application is put in order for grant. The UK Patent Office (UKIPO) will then send it to grant at the earliest possible date.
You get access to information that allows you to file almost the exact same patent application, at the USPTO, by-passing all patent attorney fees! (See reviews above)
Canadian and Australian legs of the LightSpeed PerfectPatent™ Package coming soon! (You can also get free acceleration at these, and other territories, via the PPH).
